For those who did the Learning to Exhale Mindfulness course with me you can now have your own meditation aromatherapy candle. 

​All of our classes had a candle as a starting point to focus the mind. Our new range of candles will be starting points for relaxation, meditation, mindfulness and romance. 

The offering of light to the celestial world is practiced widely in Asia. This offering of light is a great way to accumulate positive karmic merit. 

Today is the Chinese New Year when we post this but also Losar which I spoke about in my book The Book of Tibetan Medicine. So to light candles today is great for accumulating good karmic merit.

So when you light a Mindful Beauty Candle we hope you make a wish for someone or yourself and also to wish ignorance be dispelled from the world.

The candles will be made with Eco Soy Wax

Our first and signature fragrance with be Neroli which is really luxurious and divine! People are raving about it and some stores have already sold out the first orders they have made.

​We hope to have a number of different fragrances coming out over the next few months.

Our second Stress Busting eco soy wax candle will be made with Lemongrass, Geranium and Cedarwood aromatherapy essential oils. 

Our third will be Dream containing Lavender and patchouli aromatherapy essential oils. 

We will be doing more in the range as time goes on and are very excited by this addition to the range of what we do.

Having spent some time writing my second book NutriWine which was published a few years ago it was only time and the right karma before the cork popped and a new business venture flooded out.

So I am delighted to announce the official opening of the Eco Irish Wine Club. 

Thanks to a chance meeting between myself and another entrepreneur in the building trade, Eco Irish Wine Club has been launched. Our aim is to bring the world of wine culture to Ireland through the supply of certified organic wines and certified biodynamic wines to 450 lucky monthly subscribers. 

So our organic wine subscription box scheme is actually a bit exclusive.

Temperature is increasing, sea levels are rising and the snow caps are melting - that's the bad news.

The good news is that green eco organic wines taste great and contain eco terroir made by wine makers who believe passionately in real wines without contributing to the further destruction of our global habitat or global warming.

They also do not use pesticides and other chemicals that are toxic to humans.

Organic wine is as nature intended and also produced from living soils. ​

​This is going to affect taste and quality and the way to deal with that according to oenology is to have over 400 aromatic yeasts to choose from rather than working with the natural yeast on the grape.

So you see the organic wine movement is the way wine should and could be and nothing new in some ways. Now its one of the crucial ways that the industry as whole will survive.

When you destroy the biodiversity you need to spray lots of chemicals to protect the vines from the susceptibility. Or indeed iatrogenic or man made diseases from all the chemicals put on the plants and the land. As you will have removed natural parts from the ecosystem that manage this in nature. To give you some idea of how deep green goes and how far removed from nature chemical farming is, consider the following.

​Most people don't know that we have killed the soil and therefore the food webs in the soil with modern farming methods.

Each month we will be releasing a box of six wines - three white and three red - to our subscribers for the cost of 95 Euros per month from the 1st of September 2021 to 31st of August 2022. 

From September 2022 we hope to add members of this subscription club up to 720 but the cost per subscription will increase to 149 per month.
