We have decided to run our eight week mindfulness course online through Zoom. There has been a huge need built up over the COVID lockdown for all the benefits of our eight week course. Waiting lists are longer than ever. Healthcare staff have been burned out and compassion fatigue is at epidemic levels globally. As you know we have done trainings all across the West of Ireland for a period of years and now we want to help the West Coast and the UK. Being online with the mindfulness course training nobody has to worry about social distancing but still get all the benefits of course that so many people have reported. We don't have to spend hours in the car going to the venue. So it is very win win for everyone.
