There is not a week goes by that we don't get a phone call to say how marvellous this aromatherapy massage oil is for all sorts of aches and pains. 

Aromatherapy has been used for such a long time to successfully treat all manner of aches and pains. Our ArthroAroma blend is made up of nine aromatherapy essential oils which have been traditionally used to treat aches and pains successfully. 

The essential oils that our massage oil contains are;

• Eucalyptus 
• Rosemary 
• Marjoram
  
• Juniper
  
• Clove
  
• Peppermint 
  
• Thyme 
• German Chamomile

All you need to do is to massage about 10 ml of the massage oil into the affected areas. Preferably after a hot shower close to bedtime.

​Massage the oil in and let it soak into the affected area overnight.

Overnight the essential oils get to work. Most people are amazed with the result. If you live in the Northern hemisphere in the cold, damp and wet then you need to help your system avoid rheumatic complaints that the weather will exacerbate.
